This aromatic wine with its distinctive smell of Australian sunbaked earth, spicy cherry and berry flavours has a seductive elegant finish.

A full bodied wine displaying great palate weight, length and structure. Juicy berry characters are complemented by spicy flavours and ripe tannins. The oak delivers persistence of flavour and length.

The fruit which has been dry grown is sourced from our Angel’s Vineyard, Barossa Valley planted in the 1897. The wine made from 54% Old Vine Shiraz and 46% Old Vine Mourvedre has been aged for 20 months in oak. Harmonious accompaniment to grilled beef or veal served with a rich creamy mushroom sauce. Enjoy now or with correct cellaring can be enjoyed for 10 or more years.
