Our Lou Miranda Estate Cordon Cut Shiraz is a special winemaking technique where vine branches (cordons) are cut, just prior to harvesting. The grape bunches remain supported on the wire without continued nutrition from the vine for five to seven days.

The fruit is carefully selected, and the Cordon Cut Shiraz typifies the big juicy berry characters of the Barossa, offering great palate length and excellent tannin structure. This wine can enjoyed with rack of lamb and will compliment rich sauces. Enjoy now or with correct cellaring can be enjoyed for 10 or more years.
